Very Personable Manager

So far, I have not heard anything recent about these apartments from anyone in 2009.
I have seen the apartments recently and have met the manager, and have seen everyone working.
Whatever happened in the past is the past, but what about the good changes that have come about because of your manager who worked very hard to clean it up.
The apartments are beautiful, and what I have saw they are also were maintained and upgraded.
Any response to this, or doesn't anyone see how hard this gal has worked to make it better.
Or am I just looking on the outside in.
