Rivershore is so horrible my family and I are considering taking legal action and suing them. When I moved into this apartment my refridgerator, 2 burners on my stove, and the air cnditioning were broken. It took several months for them to fix all of these issues and took many visits from the maintainance guys. The staff here ignored every question or request I ever had. I was pregnant at the time and was forced to listen to 3 out of 4 of my neighboors BLAST mariachi music for up to 8hours DAILY. Rivershore and the security never did ANYTHING and told me after several complaints there was NOTHING they could do. The music was so loud it knocked paintings off my walls. I never felt safe here. I could not even walk alone to my car without other men tenants harrassing me. Worst of all (and what I am decided to possible sue for) is I worked hard to keep my apartment in good shape so I could get my deposit back when I moved. It has been over 40days and I still have not recieved it. It is illegal and a breach of a contract to not send WITHIN 30days. The staff has actually HUNG UP on me and ignored my phone calls, and refuse to give me the main office's number to talk to someone in charge. I am now out 700 dollars and no one will help me. This place is unsafe, dirty, unhelpful and rude, DO NOT MOVE HERE. They do not deserve ANYONES money! They will take you for granted and break the law just to keep your money!! I'm scared to even move into another complex b/c of my horrible experience here!
