When we first moved in the Manager, Patty was great, she was always on top of things and she didn't let just anyone move in. She kept the apartments safe and neat, she was always available and very friendly. She always knew what was going on and made sure we were all happy. Now we got some lady that doesn't smile or talk to anyone. She is very rude when you call and hardly speaks any English and only pretends to understand you when you talk to her in English. I don't think she has any idea what she is doing. I only see her to pay rent other then that, she is out and about. Her husband is decent and does say hello. But now they rent to anyone, including marijuana smokers and ghetto people that are loud. The apartments are not well kept anymore, the gate to come in the parking is always broken and sometimes we get stuck waiting for it to open, anyone walks in or drives in and parks in our spots, of course you can't report it because the land lady isn't available or she can't understand you and ask 5 times what apartment you are in and honestly I didn't feel as safe walking out at night. Since Patty left, the first manager, everyone has left, including myself, even though it is cheap to rent there, its not worth it will all the ghetto people that have moved in.
Bottom line...they need Patty back or a new manager that has some type of personality !
