I don't even know where to begin! Dirty complex, no security, laundry room constantly closed becuase someone robbed the money changer, and if you have a loud obnoxious neighbor..... they will most likely pay his rent for him and give him an award. The management will lie to you when you move in and tell you they will handle all problems....then when you have a problem they tell you to wait till 10pm and let the police handle it! The apartments themselves are OK, worth what you pay, just remember you get what you pay for!

I have Family That live here and it is soooo nice....i dont know what that person is talking about....they are very cheap clean apartments. they do do the yard work at 7 in the morning which always wakes you up but that is the ONLY problem i have ever heard of there....i am actually trying to move in there myself

me and my boyfriend are looking into getting an apartment in this complex the lady that weve been speaking with is awsome she always gets beck to us and answers all of our questions...she always has an answer to our questions. i was worried at the first response just sounds like a little ass kid to me that hates his parents!!!!!!!!!!!! i love the apartment and cant wait for loud noisy neighbors!!!lol <3

I THOUGHT MY EXPERINCE THERE WAS HORRIABLE I LIVED THERE FOR 5 YEARS AND IT SUCKED MY NEIGHBORS WERE RUDE THE OFFICE DID NOT CARE GUN SHOTS DRUG DEALS MAITENCE GETTING HIGH ON THE PROPERTY I LIVED IN A FLAT PAYED MORE MONEY FOR AND STILL ALLL THE SECTION 8 WELFARE PEOPLE ALWAYS GOT EVERY THING HANDED TO THEM . YOU COULD NOT EVEN HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER STAY WITH YOU WITH OUT THE OFFICE WANTING TO HAVE THEM SIGN A LEASE AND HOW LONG THEY WERE SATYING THE OFFICE LADY LINDA SO RUDE AND LIES ALL THE TIME BEWARE PEOPLE BETTER PLACES TO LIVE IN TOWN THEN THERE I HAD BETTER SERVICE AT A MOTEL 6 THEN ORCHARD PARK APARTMENTS IN BEAUMONT I WOULD NOT RECOMEND ANY ONE OR THERE FAMILYS TO STAY THERE

i agree that these apt are full of it,when me and my sis moved in everything was cool,we played some music and got a write up not even a week into moving in.I got pregnant and she said one of us would have to move because it would be more than the allowed ppl,ok it was a 2bdrm and women with 3 lil kids come on,but we ended up doing what wa neccesay gettin two seperate apartments.I also think the manager was in cahoutes with the mail man checking illegally into ppls mail to see if unknown names was with the tenants,anything to be noisy and complain about to ask questions,to boost the rent,basicly to do whatever they like.Hopefully they have changed but i would'nt reccomend these aptmts
