The apartment has a pool but is only usable during the summer months because it is not heated. The coin operated laundry facilities are not enough. The ratio between dryers and washers don't complement each other. I suggest to supplement the facilities with three more dryers. The trees were not trimmed. There have been problems with hot water lately. Once when one apartment had a water leak in their kitchen, the whole complex did not have hot water. And lately the hot water system just stopped working. The latter had been fixed but not until we suffered having no hot water for four days.
