I've been living in #15 for five months, and I love it. There are children there but they are mannerable, and under control. The manager there really is caring of all tenants. Parking is clean and there's been no breakins, I feel safe as a single female,and my car is safe. Rest assured this a nice place to call home. I had a some water damage from the unit above me, the mgr got someone out the same night. The standard are high and this is a working class environment no gangtas or riff raff.
