Management uncooperative and unavailable. (only works parttime). The maintenance guy lives in Riverside county and when called, says he can't do anything because he is so far away. I have already made two calls to the Bellflower sheriff for drugs, and a tenant threatening with a knife . the management company does nothing . Can't wait to move. My safety is being threatened.

Management is shady and a con-artist. He's been seen going into others apts, without their knowledge, he changes rules, according to his mood. Appears nice, but a snake underneath. He's very sneaky, and get's money under the table, not to be trusted. Drugs,peeping toms,domestic disturbances, un-ruly kids,and he watches the cameras, then apprears out of no wheres. scary man. Not a promise keeper, mis-qoutes rental amounts (sec dep)
