Noisy, bad maintenance, and strange floorplans. First it's a very noisy community, so be prepared to listen to what your neighbors both nextdoor and downstairs/upstairs is watching/listening to. There are a lot of children so summer time means a lot of children playing on the grounds especially on the weekends. Water was a large problem for a while, with the water heaters not working and repair required NO water at all for more than 24 hours. The lighting does not coinside with sunrise/sunset, so you will find yourself walking up/down an unlit staircase. Parking is an absolute nightmare, you are assigned one spot and finding a non-reserved spot is impossible after 3pm during the week and anytime during the weekend. The same applies for street parking. It took two months to get the gate working properly, so it was wide open during that time. The parking lot floods horribly when it rains. The manager is a very nice person, but is not provided with the proper resources to maintain a good community. The floorplans are a little strange and the floorspace isn't laid out very efficiently. Ghetto bird circles in the neighborhood often with the spotlight on looking for someone despite the police station being a few blocks away. Think twice before moving in, and be prepared to deal with what's mentioned above.
