I completely agree with the first entry. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I live next door at 15120 woodruff and have lived here since 1999. the mangagers are extremely lazy. the walls and floor boards are extremly thin so you will here everything (YES EVERYTHING) going on around you. They're lazy and always have excuses for delayed replies to your requests. My toilet was broken for a month before they decided to fix it. After leaving several messages and stapling a note regarding the matter to my rent check, tehy claimed they never new anything about it. I've had 2 mice take up residence in my apt when the downstairs neighbors decided to move out and my manager told me it would be taken care of, however I ended up catching them myself. Most recently, namely this morning I've had to kill roaches, one of which was the one that's 2 inches long with the wings and when I called this morning to let them know I was fed up and they needed to exterminate they told me i'd have to wait until next week. a month ago my pipes burst under my kitchen sink while i was washing dishes; this was a Friday night and i called downstairs to the manager's house and they told me i'd have to wait until the next tuesday to have them replaces. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE, if you do you will be residing with rats, roaches, ants and moths, mold in your bathrooms and not to mention the ducks that swim in the pool that live next door to the manager. Consider this a warning. Run if they approach you. There are a lot of childrent around with careless parents and park your car where you can see it, because my boyfriends car was stolen twice in a year, then during the later part of last year his new was was demolished while parked infront of the complex due to someone street racing infront of my bldg and in the second week of may my car as well as my neighbors car was broken into while parked in our "secure" parking lot on the same night and everything was stolen out of it. Run with your hands up!

I believe you. any time someone moves out, I magically get disgusting roaches. Our pool's never clean either.
