I recently moved into one of the apartments managed by Santa Fe Management and have been pleasantly surprised - especially considering previous reviews on this site. The apartment was clean, fresh paint, etc. upon move-in, and had many upgraded features (like mirrored closet doors and higher baseboards). The building is older, but they seem to care about keeping the property clean and providing the upgrades/maintenance necessary to make it a nice place to live. Maybe my neighbors are really quiet - but I hardly ever hear them. I really like it.
