For the first month or so I thought my apartment was great. The landscaping around here is very nice and well kept. It was very clean when I first moved in and everthing pretty much worked. I then started noticing these huge roaches all over the place, especially at night. I'd find one or two a week sneak into my place which was really gross. Aside from the roach problem, the kids around here seem to have no respect at all for anyone. I'm not usually a grouch or anything like that but when you try to get them to quiet down and get told to, "Shut the f up!" by a 10 year old it tends to bother me. The basketball court is right in the corner of the parking lot so of course if you park anywhere near there your car WILL have dents in it by the end of the day. My apartment is about 100 ft. from the court but I can still hear the kids calling each other the not so nice "N" word. They scream as loud as they want, when they want, and how they want. If you wanted to take a nap during the day around here, forget it! They do have "Security Guards" walking around but all they do is talk on their cell phones and walk in circles all day. I guess that everyone around here has hearing problems because no one talks.. they yell. No one has learned to use the volume knob on their TV's and stereos either. I seem to be the only person in this place to have any respect for anyone and clean up after my dog too. At night you will hear music, and people yelling, and smell smoke that is most certainly not tobacco. It's not like this is a bad area either, it's just these apartments. I see the Sherrifs cruising through the parking lots at least 3 times a week. It's a nightmare here and I can't wait to get out.
