Renters Beware From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   There is major problems at this apartment. The manger does have major mouth and attitude problem. The mainenace is very poor. The rent is too high for the quality of the apartment. The apartment needs to be overhaul inside and outside. The upkeep of the grounds are very poor. There is major plumbing problems here that the owner choose to ignore. This is not an enviroment to live in and especially your kids. There is been a lot of tenants moving out base on the manager ations and rent hikes. It is best that you come and see the apartment living yourself.
