Sierra Garden Apartments

iF you are not Happy here just move OUT!! From: Paul_clv@yahoo.com Date posted: 9/16/2004 Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 2004   I have lived here for many years. I can't remember. But one thing I can gladly say. These Apartments are always being up graded. They are very huge and worth more than the asking price. I can tell you this because my friend was looking and could not find a clean, well managed place in Bellflower except for a place called VILLA LA PAZ APARTMENTS. But since she didn't know anyone there thats how she ended up renting here. We both have been very happy here and have no complaints. The manager is strong and knows what she is doing. We both admire her for keeping the rents so affordable and yet always upgrading our complex. The whole management staff are very helpful and always takes care of any problem you might have. I know some people thinks that I am the manager or a friend or maybe someone who is engaged to someone from management. But I'll tell you something. I haven,t even meet the manager. I'll tell you something else. Or should I say I have news for you. You saw some of the bad reviews that are on here' I personally will see to it that they are REMOVED! If you want to contact me. I can honestly say Sierra Garden might not be the top of the line apartment community but its a place that I have lived for 37 years and If it was so bad I would have not raised my 3 kids here being a single parent! 1 is a lawer, one is a bank manager and the other is a police woman. Now you tell me where they went wrong' I can tell you though that if it wasn't for this place having affordable rents I could have not done it alone! Thank you Sierra Garden Apartments.
