I have lived here for five and a half years and find this good place to live. You would never know that it's so old, the ground so clean and the landscaping so pretty. Management, Gina, continues working hard to bring the community together, with social events.(thou attendence is poor) I have seen the transittion in management from Seville days to current management and things are so much better due to the caring and kindness of Gina and her staff. I do miss Deanna as the two of them were great together. Maintenance staff is the best around. I can't buy a house, who would be there to fix my broke things, the same day without complaining or a bother, just a smile' Villa La Paz have wonderful staff that truely care. I have my parking spot, with just one car I don't have a problem and I my visitors park out on the street, which is fine with me. The gates are much better now too! Noise isn't a problem, I can hear the traffic on Artesia but the apartments are quiet. I think people that live in apartment communities need to be more understanding. You don't live in a house with you and your family only, you live in an apartment community with, I don't know, about 500 other people. You can not be sensitive to noise when you live among so many others. In all the years I've lived here none of the managers have let any crazy disturbances go on in here. If you live upstairs of course you are going to here the occational noise upstairs. We as neighbors must be considerate and a little more understanding of each other. Keep up the great work Villa La Paz and I'm sure you will be rewarded with great residents.
