Scott and Paige are great but I am not too thrilled about Carol.
The one bedrooms are very large and the kitchen is the largest you will see. The bathroom set up is kind of awkward but you get a lot of closet space. The apartments are well kept. This is good and bad. When you arrive it the place it beautiful but, if something goes wrong it is a major nuisance.
When maintenance come over you have no warning other than a knock 2 seconds before they let themselves in. Being who we are, we are enjoying our new life together as a couple and having the ability to do what we want when we want in our apartment, so the thought of maintenance letting themselves in is a very scary thing. I cant take a nap on the couch naked in my own home or do anything else during the daytime hours. I feel like I have parents that are going to come check up on me at anytime. Never once have they called even 1 minute before coming over and gave me more than two seconds to open the door.
I think the maintenance in general has a lack of consideration. The only one who is considerate is the head of maintenance. I spent over an hour washing my car and 4 hours later when I come back it is covered in grass clippings. Now the grass clippings are stuck to my carsome I cant even scratch off with my nails and they are leaving a green stain on my white paint.
To make matters worse the walls are pretty thin. We were watching our TV at a normal volume and our neighbors start banging on the wall. For some reason the train does not bother them but the TV 3 feet from their wall does. I can hear my neighbors oven timer buzzing from my bedroom and that is at least ten feet away form me on the other side of the wall.
The population here is a pretty good mix. Young couples and families of different ethnicities and a large population of white retired and semi retires people.
We have a pool and a spa as well as a pool table in the club house. We are allowed 2 guests per apartment at the pool and children under 14 are not allowed near the spa. The laundry rooms are nice because there are ample machines and they do not get locked down at night. There is also a place to wash your car within the complex which is a huge plus to me.
There is one covered parking space per apartment and then free for all parking all around. I am not sure how they decide what covered spot goes to which apartment but some may walk 10 feet and others may need to walk 200 feet.
Outside of the complex there are often shady characters walking down the street but I have never seen one enter the complex. The complex is within walking distance of the post office, the train, Starbucks, Blockbuster, Safeway, and Walgreens. The citys worse elementary school is has its back up against the complex, but there is no gate to get through. (I believe children that live here go to that school and I know it is the worse because I have worked at them all.)
I am not so sure I would recommend this place, but in general it is nice.

Excuse me? I went to Nesbit and it is a very good school, distinguished by the state of CA. I resent you saying that and before you start, I have graduated from college with a BS in Criminology and I did it in 3 1/2 years!
