Apartments are spacious, and decently maintained, with generous decks. The fellow tenants, neighborhood, and landlord support are fair. Several car vandalisms and thefts, noise, and large community from ----- that are quite unfriendly, and frequently and pungent odors from cooking frequently permeate tenant apartments Am, noon, and PM, leading to several complaints. Great place as long as you don't care about your car, your property, and don't mind feeling like you live in a smelly, unfriendly mini -----. Landlords also do not take any responsibility for assisting with noise, car break ins, etc. Your on your own!

I lived there for two years and I recommend you to stay away. It is very deceiving because the property is imaculate with beautiful landscaping. But there is always a catch, right? You better believe it. Not only you are gonna have to deal with very noise and inconsiderate neighbours but you will also will have to deal with rude mangers. I have had situations where I had people from management knocking at my door and asking to come in to my place without any apparent or plausible reason without any notice whatsoever. If you are looking for a well kept place where you will have no privacy, rude managers and inconsiderate neighbours you have found yourself a home. Not to mention the many vehicles stolen or vandalized. An honest advice from somebody that has experienced it, STAY AWAY, do not get deceived but the appearance, there are, in fact, better places out there with the same ammenities with privacy and respect from mangement, good luck and God bless.
