The apartments are quite small, especially the living room. But there is ample storage space in the garage. I especially liked the open air feel inside the apartment. When you open your apartment door you are not in a narrow windowless hallway, but a spacious open air hallway with plants all around. Guests are always impressed by this.

Many small birds chirp around the trees by the pool in the evenings adding to the pleasant feeling of this place.

I strongly advise you to move into apartments in the top floor only. At least stay away from apartments below apartments with kids or noisy or heavy people. The ceiling/floor creaks. If the person above you is a heavy walker then you will hear a thump or creak for every step. This was the BIGGEST problem for me. I wish I could have moved out earlier for this very reason.

The parking spaces are narrow and if you have a wide vehicle you need to be careful to avoid scraping it. Guests have to park on the street, which is difficult to do during school hours. The kids from the neighboring school park their cars on this street occupying all spots, but only during school hours. This is not a problem in the evenings.

The mail boxes are very small. The smallest I have seen. Occasionally your mail will not fit inside it and the mailman will leave it by your door.

The elevator is more inconvenient than using the stairs because you have to use a key to open the elevator door each time.

If your apartment is by the side of the parking area then you will wake up to the loud sound of the garbage truck a few times a week.

The apartment manager is very nice and helpful. Deposit withheld for cleaning is around $200 which is similar to what other places charge. Maintenance requests are attended to in 24-48 hours.
