So far so good. I moved in this past week-end and I have been so impressed with this building so far. The common areas are well decorated, well lit and clean. The neighbors are friendly and fairly quiet. The apartment is very clean and updated with new appliances, new light fixtures, new faucets. The paint and the carpet is new. The garage and storage unit are great. It's a place that really feels like home.
