The new residential managers are all over the job, keeping everything really clean and getting right on maintenance requests. The increased service level is appreciated.

The picture put up for Belmont Garden is of another property. Belmont Gardens is so much nicer and modern than other places I've viewed, being only 11 years new. I live there because outside of being an impressive looking property in style and architecture, it is a security buiding with a telephone entry system and the garages are secured as well. Great location too with excellent maintenance. The bad review must have been from my former neighbor who was quite a strange young man....
