Okay Unit Terrible Management

The builiding is in a very convenient location in the Bay area and the units are in pretty good shape. If you move in, hope that you have no issues whatsoever and don't plan on getting a good chunk of your security deposit back for no valid reason. The part-time building manager is fickle and moody and is on duty whenever he feels like it, rather than set hours that are dependable. As for the owner, forget about seeing or hearing from him after signing on. He is impossible to reach, and if he ever responds it's with threats and a very rude attitude that is totally not professional or warranted.
