the property manager is a horrible landlord. She is lazy..does not doing anything other than sweep the damn sidewalks while it is raining. Anytime you ask her for help she makes it very clear that she is not there to help you. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS ---- HOLE.

My power went out one night because the breaker downstairs tripped. Guess what the property manager had placed a pad lock on the power room so PG & E could not turn it back on. To make matters worse I called the "emergency" number listed on the managers door and they basically told me to go screw myself.

The police are always there visiting some crazy jackass and to boot the retirement home across the street always has an ambuland, fire truck, or some crazy event going on.

Save yourself the trouble. You want a nice home where you can relax well any place that is run by RW Zukin or whatever the hell their name is, is not the place for you!!!
