The apartments are a good size, they have a very flexible pet policy which I love. The apartments are older-looking, but clean. The square-footage is great for the price you pay and they don't charge that screwy "pet rent" so many other places in the area charge. That being said, the current on-site manager is a lazy b-atch. She is the most unhelpful, rude and crappy manager you could have the misfortune of living with. She actually makes me feel LESS at home since she moved in, after I had been here for a year. The former manager was polite, efficient, personable, and really cared about the residents. This lady is crazy. Do you know she actually told someone she wasn't going to help them if they were locked out'' Then why the f*** do we have an on-site manager''' I could call my own locksmith, but I happen to know the manager has all the keys in her apartment. She just doesn't want to shift her holier-than-thou self to help another human being. The parking is an inconvenient head-to-tail arrangement for 2 cars, and there have been occasional on-site vandalisms and thefts. I'm moving out this month and I expect to be robbed of my entire deposit because the current manager is such a friendless mother-of-slugs.
