This building has been in decline as a pleasant and well kept place to live since the new rental manager took over. And the management company is difficult to deal with and do not seem to value tenants or customer service.

I lived in this building for a number of years and it was a pleasant environment when I moved in. As mentioned in other reviews, the current management makes it an unpleasant environment to live in. Issues that came up the last year I lived there: flies in the garage and stairwells (ick), health department posted notice that the pool was not safe to swim in (apparently no chlorine). To be fair, they did add chlorine to the pool but again, ick! And they've started renting to a lot of low lifes. Case in point, the apartment next to me had a restraining order against the male that used to live there and there were several yelling, drunken incidents in the apartment leading up to that. Not pleasant and scary to lives next to.

The size of the apartments and price may appeal to you but it may not be worth it.
