Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2003
 
Residing at Belmont Terrace for 10 years gives me a wide range to review. In general there have always been problems with management. There have only been 3 managers during this time. All managers have been unresponsive to requests and in some cases rude.

To hold them accountable be sure to let Ventana Property Service (695 Oak Grove Avenue Suite 200 Menlo Park, CA 94025 650-473-4600) know when you are having trouble getting results.

Maintenance staff has remained the same and they are quick to respond and do a good job.

Beware of unauthorized entry, it happened to me several times.
