Belmont Terrace Apartments

New Management is not good. From: ronm Date posted: 5/29/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007 1 response   I wrote the review below last year. Since then, there is a new management company and they fired all the staff including Jose. The new manager is scary. I wouldn't want to cross him. The common areas are still dumpy. The neighborhood is still beautiful. They are making some minor improvements (not the right ones in my opinion). They raised my rent more than 10%. I've never been late on a payment. I'm moving out soon. ----------------- OLD REVIEW IS BELOW (from last year). I've lived here for 3 years. Jose the maintence guy is the best. Managers come and go, but have all been helpful to me (I pay my rent on time, am friendly to them, and don't cause problems which may help them be friendly in return) :-) Nice wooded neighborhood. Birds, Trees, and deer. South exposure has nicer view, but may be hot in summer. I have north exposure and am happy. Huge apartments for the price (lots of closet space too). Elevator and washers on every floor. Pool is to cold to consider using very often. Common areas like halls are dumpy. Dirty carpet. Elevator is dirty. But, inside my apt. is fine. It's nicely remodled (kitchen and bath) but not all units are remodled.
