They've just announced another construction (see other reviews) to commence in 2 days (really good notice). It should last 90 days by their estimate, which means probably at least four months in reality. If you want to live among the noise of saws and jackhammers six days a week and deal with a rude manager who tolerates blocked garbage chutes with trash all over the floor, then sure, rent here and pay over $1400/mo for the privilege of dealing with rude people, garbage and construction noise.

We work hard to make your community a place that you can be proud to call home and I am positive that the improvements that we have in place for Belmont Terrace will be spectacular! As we will be making improvements to the exterior of our building, I can understand that the construction noise may cause some inconveniences. Unfortunately, it is a unavoidable while we make these beautiful improvements. We do greatly appreciate your patience and understanding while we improve and beautify your home and your community. Since the interior hallways have been completed, we???ve received praises and appreciation from residents for making their home a place where they are proud to bring their families and friends to. In the same token, we hope the results are similar once the exterior work is completed. You have noted that you have to deal with a rude manager. I would appreciate to hear the specific rude behavior you have had with her as this seems quite out of charater for her. We strive to provide the best service in maintenance and management and have an experienced team on site. I hope to hear from you soon.
