Family complex, 4 story building with 72 units ranging from 1 bedroom, 1 bath to 3 bedroom 2 bath apartments. Its a secure building... your visitors must use call box at the entrance to be let in. Recent painting in garage has improved security by improving the light level.
One parking space is assigned to each tenant in the garage or the carport in the back. Additional parking outside on the property is available. Cars may be washed on the property in the rear area.
Rent includes basic AT&T Cable service; utilities are extra. At present DSL service is not offered by Pac Bell in the area so cable access may be the best alternative for those who need high-speed ISP access.
Over the 20 years weve been in the building, rent has gone from $455 to $1275/month for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit. Rent increases usually have been reasonable (no more than $50/month), but the last few years have seen some pretty dramatic jumps (my last one was appx. 11.5%). It still is the nicest place to live in the best town if you have to rent.
There are children in the complex, but not too many. Management has attempted to keep them on the lower floors. Pets are allowed with a "pet deposit" in addition to the usual security deposit (which typically is equal to one months rent).
There are no gym facilities in the building. There is a pool which is heated until the winter weather gets too chilly.
Laundry rooms have new washers and dryers - cost is $1.00 per load. Laundry rooms are on floors 2 thru 4 with 3 washers and dryers on floors 2 & 3 and 2 washers and dryers on the 4th floor. Dont do laundry Tuesday evenings, youll have a lot of competition. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
