great view, overall good experience

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Been at apt for nearly two years and has been mostly a pleasant experience. Maintenance staff have been helpful. Hear neighbors occaisionaly. No problems with management, and they did reduce my rent from my original lease.
