I'm a current tenant and have been for the past two years. I like living here, the apartments are large, some have nice views and the rent isn't bad at all.

Remarks:

- Apartment interiors--bathrooms and kitchens in particular--are outdated, though they work fine and when something breaks, maintenance will fix it soon.

- Club house needs a makeover, though the pool table is fun and so is the table tennis room. The sauna also works.

- Tenis court is useless. Needs repaving.

- Manager is a bit odd. Get everything in writing from him. He makes verbal promises that he does not keep, which in my book makes him untrustworthy and somebody I'd rather not do business with.

- The pool is nice in summer, but closed in winter (it is NOT heated, as suggested in another review.)

- Walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors. Some of mine like to party in their bedrooms late at night or early in the morning, not really fun.

- The water pipes do need fixing. If you're away from home a couple of days and turn on your tap, water that comes out is brown.

- We've had a couple of incidents of theft. A laundry room was broken into and a car was too. Yet I do feel safe here.

- I can't speak to return of deposits.

That's it -- come take a look at the place if you're interested and judge for yourself. If you do rent, I'd heed the advice from others to thoroughly document the condition of the apartment on move in.
