The water is the worse. If I had children I would never live here. It dries out the skin and leaves rashes and is not safe to drink.
There is some black mold in our bathroom and it was not removed when we moved in. The water causes a strange pink mold on everything and when you wash your dishes in the dish washer they rust very quickly. The toliet will start to grow mold in a week. I use to get sick at least once a month while I lived here and now I never get sick(just like old times.)

The pool is nice and well kept. The tennis court is in shambles. There are a couple of nice picnic table and BBQs near the pool. But you are not "allowed" to have more than 2 guest per resident in the pool.

There is plenty of uncovered parking on the west side of the complex. Since it is up aganist a hill you get deer and occasional shunk. They will not hesitate to blow dirt and leaves on your car when cleaning the parking lots. (Yeap...just like sand paper.)

The loudest tenants is the supervisor and family with there suround sound and loud cussing kids. I believe for these issues and more that they think they personally own the place adn the rest of us need to be respectful guests in "thier" home.

You will lose outragous amounts of money when you move out, even for things that were there before you moved in and with a witness.

I feel this is a very safe place to live, but you need to weigh the pro and cons of the water and staff issue yourself.
