I cannot believe anyone would ever rent her. I lived there for over two years with old carpeting and never paid rent late once and when I tried to give a 30 day notice they never accepted it.. I finally gave them the noteice and they tried to secrew me out of the entire deposit and also rent saying they didn't get the notice on time. THat was a bunch of crap so my lawyer took care of it. THE WATER IS TERRIBLE TTOO!NO LIGHTS TO SEE IN THE PARKING LOT EITHER
