Lived here from 2000-2002.
Pros: Awesome views of Belmont hills if you get a unit on the left side of the complex when you enter. Nice tennis court, easy parking for you and guests, little traffic noise.
Cons: THEY TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT!!! We were guaranteed that after 2 years you don't have to pay for carpet damage since they will replace it. Then they charged us A LOT when we were moving out for minor dirt. Charged $1 per hole in the wall for thumbtacks ... ridiculous! Kids running around the complex. Heating would cost $200/month!!! It's electric style heating and we always had a COLD apartment because it was too much to heat. Can hear your neighbor walking around and using toilet... make sure you get a top floor unit!!! Cable outlet is on one random small wall so you have to run your tv cable either across the ceiling or across the floor.
