the laundry room was locked and the landlord, who could have easily taken 2 minutes out of his day to walk over, refused to come unlock the door. at first he tried to imply that he didn't have a key and when i told him i didn't believe that he kept saying, that's not my responsibility. i'm not in charge of that. get someone else to do it. totally unhelpful and utterly useless.
