They Rob you blind.

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000
 
Lived there one year and at the end of that year the rent was increased X.

Never fixed broken oven and never fied faulty wiring.

Fined $200.00 for having to many plants on porch (I had 10 and the limit is 7)
