nice apartment, horrible management

Spacious apartment, nice view, good location (near 101/280, near shops and restaurants, but still in the hills).
But the management is horrible.. mean, unfair, and maintenance can?t fix anything. When I moved in the carpet was covered with stains.. then after I got it cleaned the management wouldn?t reimburse me because they claimed it was cleaned before I moved in.
They recently had the parking lot repaved for no reason whatsoever. Then they installed new washers and dryers (which were a tiny bit better, but the dryers now take 5 quarters per load instead of 1 quarter per 15 minutes).
Also the water pressure is really low, and the water is rusty.
If you can haggle them down to $1600 per month for a 2 BR, then it?s worth putting up with management?s complete incompetence.
