I just moved in and I am liking the place very much. There is not too much noise. My neighbors are nice and the management and mainentance staff is very responsive.
So far so good.

Assuming this was not written by a management member or more likely the owner, since I doubt the management is literate enough to put two sentences together, you will learn better when you don't get your deposit back. They'll take your deposit no matter how clean you are! I hope you took a lot of photos on your move-in coz you'll need them for evidence.
