I just moved out to a new apartment building and wish I hadn't. At Carlmont, the maintenance staff was very prompt and responsive. I miss my large balcony with great view. Manager was fine. Received my deposit back quickly and with just a couple expected minor charges.

Yup, this posting too must have been written by a management member or more likely the owner, since I doubt the management is literate enough to put two sentences together. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! They'll take your deposit no matter how clean you are!
