I love this place and I am a current resident. I've been here for 5 months and after finding it initially on craigslist and then reading all the reviews on apartmentratings.com, I decided to check it out anyway. The manager was nice and warm to me and utlimately I decided to rent a 2bd apartment. Overall I've had no problems with the management and my apt is great. I've never had a problem with noise or loud neighbors and the flowers and greenery is really great. I'm not typically the kind of person who writes reviews but I just wanted to say that this place has really worked out for me. I've met a few people who have left since I've been here and I've heard them talk about how screwed there getting, but I think they are not being totally honest with themselves. You can't trash an apartment and expect to get your deposit back. I was hesitant abuot renting when I read some of the reviews here but now I never just accept what people say without first checking it out myself and in this case, I'm glad I did. I would make one change though, I think the furniture around the pool could be replaced.

Good for you Simon Mark (if that is really you and not the manager, interesting how right after a "bad" review there is always a SUPER POSITIVE review???? Hummmmmm - Do you really think people are that "stupid?") I hope it is under new ownership and management, but my experience was bland and, as I posted, when I left, they really screwed me with the deposit.

its the manager...suddenly shes simon, tomorrow she will be tom, then ----, then harry........LOL. flowers and greenery.....what a load of crap. its not the apt that has the greenery simon. its the hills. get a grip. the woman deleted her post on local2me as soon as the link was posted here about she wanting a cat sitter. foxy woman.. the posting was made on 8/20 with the title api has no pet policy but the manager is looking for cat sitters on local2me - google it now and you cannot see that ad of hers.

It must be the manager - I just received a $200 rent increase for complaining about unsafe conditions. I will be taking these people tocourt.
