The walls are paper thin. The grounds are poorly maintained, trash and debris will float around the complex for months if you don't pick it up yourself. The steps are uneven and poorly lit, I have tripped more than once due to poor lighting. The water is discolored. There as been a leak in the ceiling of the guest bath that I have mentioned more than once, still not repaired. Overall it is a dreary depressing place to live. It reminds me of a very cheap motel, old formica countertops in the kitchen and baths, cheap fixtures, worn carpet, flimsy cabinets, old appliances etc.
