The rent is actually pretty damn good, comared to everywhere else!

I don't know about that whole thing was about with that one tenant getting arrested hehe, but the rent is pretty damn good compared to everywhere else around the Peninsula... you cant find a one bedroom anywhere for under 1400-1500, but these are 1375 (I moved in a few months ago) and so far I havent had any problems with maintenance or anything else. The only thing is that the hours for the office are a bit sporadic. Other than that I like the place!
