The leasing consultant is very easy to get along with if you are not a stick in the mud. Neighbors were friendly exept for the quack that delayed the termite extermination in my building. Did have a bad ant problem in the winter months, seemed near impossible to solve. The rent was good. The maintnance team was on top of matters. I did experience the backed up pumbing problem someone else mentioned, however maintanence was able to repair it the same day. I would reccomend these apts to those who are single or married/no children and can follow some common courtesy rules. I appreciated how the management company did not allow people to store junk on their decks - kept the complex from looking run down.
