Carlmont Woods Apartments

Don't move here! New management stinks! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/28/2004 Years at this apartment: 1990 - 2004   High turnover here, many many longtime residents unhappy and have moved. Sure the rent is low but don't forget everthing is extra; water, trash, sewer bill which has been going up every month, cable almost $50, insurance PG&E & SBC Management really infriendly mantenance is poor, delayed repairs, pool area tightly supervised no privacy office is right there. Do youself a favor & for peace of mind as one tenant said, DONT'T MOVE HERE!
