Horrible. Will rip u off..

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
They will charge u around 600 - 800 dollars as cleaning fees.

How is that possible-
they charge u 300 -400 dollars for cleaning fees (It takes them 9 hours to clean kitchen and 14 hours to clean the apt.)

and 400 dollars for material..

They will entice u with low rent but will rip u off when u leave..

The service is pathetic, the maintenance guy who calls himself maintenance manager .. GOD save u from him..
