I lived at this community for approx. 7 years. I loved the location and the beauty of the area. Deer were everywhere (along with the racoons, possum and skunks). The Managers at the time were something to be desired. Of course, all that on the way side, they moved on and new teams were put in place. They were friendly, helpful and you could tell they loved their job. Anyway, I left for a short time and missed Carlmont Woods terribly...And now I'm back. Although the rents are higher, I still love it here!

You have got to be kidding me!? Coming back to this place was the biggest mistake of your life, buddy! The deer is great, but the noise from the neighbors sucks badly!!

Well, I still love being here! I happen to have neighbors upstairs, downstairs and on both sides of me...remember, this is apartment living. Deal with it, get to know your neighbors, or get out. My neighbors are great! And I just want to say that the hallways do look a lot better than they used to. The carpet and lighting makes a big difference to some of us.
