Could be worse, but don't bother.

I have to say that they've recently started some renovation, so that the hallways look a great deal better than when I moved in. (They look much less like a Motel 6.)
The apartments are pretty small, even the "large" 1 bedroom only comes it at around 600 sqft, so get readyfor that. The carpet we had was very old and tore up the bottoms of my feet, to the point I couldn't go though my own place barefoot. The fridge was new and very nice, though.
The grounds are nice, but not because of anything they do with them.
The maintainence guys were fine as far as fixing any problems, but had this annoying habit of leaving their coffee cups and garbage on the floor of my apartment.
The walls, inside and out are paper thin. Tons of road noise (especially from the Harley people) and I know anytime my neighbor has a phone call. (and not to mention, when he's running to get it.)
The staff lost my packages more than once and would ignore you if they were in the middle of making a sales pitch. (Nevermind who's actually paying for them to provide a service.)
Rent is going WAY up, craigslist had my apartment going for around $1300/mo, which is a spectacular waste of money.
Not horrible, but not worth it.
