If you are a neat person, don't move in here as you will never see your deposit again. Noisy neighbors who smoke pot on their balcony and grow marijuana plants for sale...hint, hint, if you need to buy some for your party.

terrible management practices. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!
