I had a top floor apartment with views of the Bay and Water Dog Lake Park. Vaulted ceilings and picture windows. Fitting are all very 70s (dark wood veneer etc) but generally in good shape. Noise wasn't generally a problem - the apartment manager would take care of that quickly. Laundry room is small but usually clean and well maintained. Has a pool but I never used it.
Car break-ins are a problem. Mine was broken into twice in 2 years and the property owner refuses to consider having gates installed.
And the current manager's wife acts like she owns the place. Rumor has it she makes toast by breathing on pieces of bread :-)
