Casa Belview-Belview Heights

Good location, nice views, decent accommodations From: dwichman Date posted: 1/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   This is a great location in the hills of Belmont near hiking and biking trails, and close to the 280, 92 and 101 freeways. Belview Heights is the slightly newer and nicer building at 1016 while Casa Belview is slightly older at 1015. I've lived there for 3-4 years and I'd recommend it. The buildings and apartments are somewhat older dating back at least 30 years I'd say. The appliances and bathroom fixtures are pretty standard stuff, nothing fancy here. If you like new apartments then this probably wouldn't be your bag. Rates are fairly good considering the quality and location.
