I lived in Belview Heights for 4 years and had to move out because my work relocated me. but otherwise i would have stayed! I already miss it. The building is well-maintained and it's just a great place to live. The unit feels more like a house than an apartment because there is excellent sound insulation.

Pluses:
Great location
Quiet, peaceful
very safe
well-maintained
friendly management
very clean (cleaning staff comes once a week)
gorgeous pool and deck area
Great area, close to waterdog lake park which is great for biking, hiking, etc.
3rd floor has great views
Great layout
excellent neighborhood (quiet and beautiful because of the Belmont hills right there)

Minuses:
they don't allow dogs, even small ones (but they do allow cats)
