BE WARNED

I have lived here for over two years now. The walls and floors/ceilings must be extremely thin or poorly insulated because everything can be heard from footsteps, to voices, to bathroom "noises". I have also never had soo many plumbing issues as I've had here. Something is always getting clogged or even flooded. It is scary.
Most of the apartments have "much more" than the allowed amount of people living in them, and this is well known ( encouraged' ) by the management. It is not uncommon for four-five people to occupy a one-bedroom unit, with the extra people usually being children and/or grandparents.
The apartments are located very close to the train tracks and every train going through can be clearly heard, at all times of the night.
Then there's the problem of crime. In the two years we've been here, BOTH of our cars have been broken into. The items stolen and the damage caused easily cost us $500, not to mention the hassle and stress associated. This is a constant problem in the complex, as are break-ins into the storage lockers at the front of the covered parking spaces. For a complex that is located five minutes away from Oracle, it is a very dangerous place to live and a poor value for the money. We are looking for a new place, as I type this...far, far away. Don't waste your time or money here. You'll only be dissapointed. We've lived in many apartments over the past ten years, and unfortunately, this has been the worst place we've ever lived. You have been warned. I wish someone had warned us... SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
